Prices & Delivery .....

Each item in the 'Shop' page shows the price, item name, detailed description & individual product number of the item in question. When ordering please quote the price, item name & unique product number on the online form the more information I have from you the less likelihood of any errors. See the order form page for details of the forms of payments I accept & how to complete order & payment.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be taken & delivered to you. I will endeavour to ensure your order is with you as soon as possible & every care is taken so that your order is packaged in it's perfect condition & arrives on your doorstep in that condition too.

Obviously personalised/request pieces will take a little longer as these are made as the order is accepted.

Also please bear in mind in some instances I will require additional time to source specific beads/charms etc for your items.

UK Postage & packaging is £1.50 per order & will be sent Recorded UK Delivery.
(**Any orders outside of the UK please email me for P&P pricing as this will differ**)

Please ensure you quote any discount codes at the time of ordering.

And in the interests of trying to do my little bit to save the environment, for the most part your parcels will be packaged & sent to you in reused envelopes/packaging paper, I will always ensure that the items are packaged safely & securely & of course the internal gift wrapping will not be from reused products, but I hope that you will not be offended recieving it in an envelope/jiffy bag which has been used before.
